Call Katorah first and she will be there for you to the last moment of your birth experience. An absolute necessity! My birth experience was extensive, complicated, and frustrating: so much so that I have lost some of the memories of the week I was in the hospital. I remember the agonizing waiting, stress, and family squabbles though. I remember Katorah complementing that difficulty with quiet, determined support of everything I needed that week. She was an advocate not opposing anyone or anything, causing strife, but simply being my voice when I was asleep or too loopy to express my wishes. She was present to distract me when I was bored or irritable. She helped make me more comfortable and helped a team of people massage my legs to bring down high blood pressure that was dangerous during the birth itself. While already a natural childbirth advocate, I am now firmly convinced of the need for a doula during childbirth. ~Jenny S

Katorah made a huge difference for me and my family when we lost my nephew in 2017. She was right there with us from that first awful day all the way through the grieving process. She helped us with planning and organizing the ceremony and the burial services. I really don't know what we would have done if she wasn't there. She did so much to help everyone.
